The order
After selecting your items, simply add them to your basket then click on ‘my basket’ to the left of the screen, to validate your order.

The rest of the order proceeds in five stages:

1. Identification: if you have already registered, enter your password, otherwise you may register
    by creating your account.
2. Check the delivery information: name and address of recipient.
3. Validate the final order summary, not forgetting to agree to the general terms and conditions of sale.
4. Choose your method of payment.
5. Enter the payment details, then validate.

You will then be sent an e-mail confirming that your order has been registered.
You will then receive an e-mail notifying you that your order has been sent, together with the tracking number of your parcel to allow you to trace the shipment, and your invoice.


Security and methods of payment
The Arthus-Bertrand on-line store uses the Société Générale’s Sogenactif secure payment system. When paying on-line, all the data you enter is immediately encrypted in SSL secure mode. Arthus-Bertrand never retains any credit card details.
The e-store accepts the following methods of payment: cards bearing the CB logo, Visa and Mastercard.
Payments may also be made by bank transfer by getting in touch with our customer service department.


Cancellation or amendment of your order
You can cancel or modify your order at any time up until shipment of your parcel.
Please contact our customer service department with any queries regarding the processing of your order.


Delivery
Deliveries are made by the French postal service via Colissimo. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail informing you that your goods have been sent and stating your parcel number. You can then track the shipment of your parcel by connecting to the La Poste web site.


Exchange, refund
You have seven days from receipt of your parcel in which to make an exchange or request a refund. In such a case, please contact our customer service department by telephone on +33 (0)1 49 54 72 01 or by e-mail at shopinfo@arthusbertrand.fr. You will then be sent a form, which you should return to us duly completed together with the item(s) in its(their) original condition, together with the delivery slip and packaging. Refunds will only be made on receipt of the parcel.
Vous disposez de sept jours après réception du colis pour effectuer un échange ou un remboursement. Pour cela, nous vous prions de prendre contact avec notre service clients par téléphone au +33 (0)1 49 54 72 01 ou par mail a shopinfo@arthusbertrand.fr. Un document sera alors mis à votre disposition; vous devrez le retourner rempli avec le ou les articles dans leur état d’origine avec le bon de livraison et l’emballage. Le remboursement ne se fera qu’à réception du colis.
S’il s’agit d’un cadeau, vous pouvez l’échanger contre un autre article de la même valeur. En revanche, seul l’acheteur peut en obtenir le remboursement.


Entretien, remise en état, réparation
Notre service clients est à votre disposition pour traiter votre demande. Chaque demande fera l’objet d’une étude de notre atelier service après vente. En fonction de celle-ci, soit la remise en état sera effectuée gratuitement dans nos ateliers, soit un devis vous sera proposé.
